Relevance of individual customer expectations for logistics companies in the UK 2019
The displayed data shows the results of an expert survey conducted in the United Kingdom in 2019 on the relevance of the individualization of customer expectations for logistics companies. Participants of the survey were employees who have been working in logistics for at least 2 years. Some 23 percent of respondents rated the relevance of the individualization of customer expectations as external influence for their company as very high.
