The statistic depicts the result of a survey on the company departments responsible for CRM (customer relationship management) in Italy in 2018. In most of the cases, the marketing area is still in charge of the customer relationship service. On the other hand, in 37 percent of the companies, the commercial department was responsible for CRM. Only 1.9 percent of the companies had no CRM system.
