Most congested Russian cities 2021

In 2021, Moscow was rated as the most traffic jam prone city in Russia and the second most congested city in the world. Traffic jams in the Russian capital increased the travel time by 61 percent compared to uncongested traffic. In Saint Petersburg, the congestion level was measured at 50 percent.
