Transplants in Colombia 2022, by organ
In 2022, the number of organ transplants performed in Colombia amounted to 1,190 procedures, from which 822 were kidney interventions. Moreover, 243 interventions were liver procedures. During the first half of 2021, over three thousand patients were on waiting lists for organ transplants in Colombia.
