Nicaragua: perception of public safety at night 2010-2018

In a survey about public safety in Nicaragua, 46 percent of respondents claimed to feel safe walking alone at night, down from 62 percent of the people interviewed only a year earlier. For the first time since 2010, the share of Nicaraguans who feel safe walking alone at night dropped below 50 percent.
