Japan: share of people made donations for art and culture developments 2022

According to a survey conducted in Japan in January 2023, approximately 51.3 percent of respondents in Japan stated that they did not donate money for promotions of art and culture in the past year and are not planning on doing so in the future. On the other hand, almost 28 percent of the respondents either made donations within the last year or were willing to contribute in the future.
