Top actions being taken to mitigate COVID-19 impacts in European tech businesses 2020
European technology businesses have used a number of strategies to mitigate against the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19) on their business, with more than 60 percent of those surveyed highlighting a refinement to product or service offerings as an action being taken. Just over 30 percent of respondents cited the use of technology as being a key strategy being used to mitigate impact on their business due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
