According to a 2020 study, the probability of employment automation in Latin America depends on the focus of analysis. For example, when considering occupations, the probability of robots replacing human workforce in Argentina adds up to 65 percent. Nevertheless, when focusing only on individual tasks within an occupation, the probability drops to four percent, since few occupations have 100 percent of automatable tasks. Similar results were found for all the countries reported.
