When asked about the way they browse for products and how their habits may have changed since the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) crisis, roughly two in five consumers in Europe stated they have been browsing online more than before. Just over half of European shoppers said their browsing habits had not shifted as a result of the pandemic.
