According to a survey conducted in June 2021 in Vietnam, fast and reliable delivery was the most important attribute for consumers to shop online, as stated by 44 percent of Vietnamese respondents. Meanwhile, around six percent of respondents considered virtual experiences of products and services through augmented reality (AR) technology an important attribute when shopping via this channel.
