Satisfaction with BSA timeliness in handling complaints in New Zealand 2021
According to a survey of television, radio, and multimedia broadcasters in New Zealand in 2021, the majority of respondents who had a complaint determined by the Broadcasting Standards Authority (BSA) were satisfied with the timeliness of the BSA response. The Broadcasting Standards Authority was established in 1989 and is tasked with determining and ensuring compliance with Codes of Broadcasting Practice on free-to-air television, pay television, and radio.
