Preferred non-grocery retail channels before COVID-19 Hong Kong 2021, by age
Rakuten Insight in June 2021 in Hong Kong, the majority of shoppers aged below 44 years preferred a mix of online and offline retail shopping before the COVID-19 pandemic.
