Key advantages of D2C e-commerce in Spain 2020
According to a 2020 survey, 67 percent of Spanish managers and professionals in marketing and communication considered control of data – knowledge of user profiles, retargeting, and CRM strategy – to be one of the main opportunities offered by direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce. In addition, 57 percent of respondents agreed that offering a customizable customer experience across all of the brand's contact points (website, email, packaging, contact center, etc.) is a major advantage of the direct sales channel.
