Preferences for online grocery ordering in Canada 2021, by province
In 2021, the Canadian province of Manitoba recorded the highest preference for in-store pickup of online grocery orders from traditional retailers such as Loblaws or Metro. About 42 percent said they preferred this method over home delivery, the latter chosen by 15 percent of respondents in this region. The French-speaking province of Quebec had the highest preference for home delivery of groceries that year.
