In 2020, DIYers and professional contractors expected construction retailers and suppliers to provide services for online shopping in the United States. According to a survey, DIYers showed a higher interest in online ordering to contractors (72 vs. 65 percent). However, the preference gap was smaller regarding online chatbot services or online tracking of orders.
