The Automotive Disruption Rader by Roland Berger in September 2020, around 21 percent of survey respondents in Japan were undecided whether they opt for a Car-as-a-Service (CaaS) model if they planned on getting their next car within 12 months. Among the decided, CaaS-dismissing voices in Japan outweighed those approving of it.
