Demand for alcoholic beverages in Kenya 2021, by type
In a survey conducted in urban areas in Kenya in July 2021, wine was in highest demand in the country, scoring an index of 0.06. This was in comparison to other alcoholic beverages such as beer and whisky. According to the retail demand index, values close to 0.25 signifiy a high demand, while an index around minus 0.25 refer to a low demand.
