Agency partners as a marketing barrier in companies in South Africa 2018-2022
As of 2022, 31 percent of companies in South Africa confirmed the quality of agency partners to be a barrier of some magnitude facing online marketers by preventing them from getting more value out of social media, whereas another 26 percent believed this factor not to be posing any serious barriers. Only four percent thought partners' quality to be a significant barrier to attaining adequate online marketing value.
