Satisfaction with primary bank in Brazil 2019-2023, by quarter
Customer satisfaction with primary banks increased markedly between 2019 and 2023 among bank account holders in Brazil. According to Statista's Consumer Insights, the share of bank account holders who were satisfied with their primary bank was 88 percent in 2023, nine percent higher than in the first half of 2019. The opposite trend took place in the United States during the same period, where the share of satisfied customers decreased from 87 to 84 percent.
