Perceived disadvantages of quick commerce in France 2023
In a survey conducted in France in 2023, approximately 53 percent of respondents cited high delivery fees as the main disadvantage of quick commerce, while another 38 percent cited the working conditions of riders. Despite these drawbacks, nearly two-thirds of French consumers still considered delivery speed as the top perceived advantage of quick commerce.
