Based on a survey conducted in 2022, around 82 percent of Vietnamese respondents confirmed they preferred to use trans-fat-free products, while 80 percent preferred to consume plant-based milk alternatively. About 78 percent of surveyed consumers agreed that sugar should be replaced by either low or non-calorie sweeteners for health concerns.
