Factors that drive luxury real estate demand among HNWIs worldwide 2023
Among high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investing was the primary factor driving luxury real estate sales. HNWIs are defined by the source as individuals with assets of 30 million U.S. dollars or more. Forty-five percent of the respondents in the survey cited investments as the primary driver for buying a luxury property, whereas lifestyle took the second place with 21 percent.
