User satisfaction of chatbot usage in Taiwan 2023
According to a survey conducted in May 2023 in Taiwan, nearly 65 percent of internet users who used chatbot before said that they were satisfied with the experience to varying extents. In comparison, around 21 percent of users stated the opposite.
