Annual change in RevPar of accommodation establishments in Italy 2023, by destination
Between June and September 2023, establishments in thermal areas reported the highest percent change in revenue per available room (RevPar) in the accommodation market in Italy, with an 18.41 percent increase compared to 2022. By contrast, lodging at sea destinations recorded the lowest RevPar variation over the same period, at 6.22 percent.
