As of June 2023, at least half of employees across all generations in the U.S. indicated that insurance coverage for mental health services is the most important mental health benefit they want their workplace to provide in 2024. However, in comparison to younger generations, Baby Boomers prioritized access to dedicated office spaces reserved for mental health processing over other benefits.
