Reasons for not purchasing an electric car in Malaysia 2024
According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in January 2024, the cost of an electric car was the leading deterrent to purchasing such a car, as stated by 67 percent of the respondents in Malaysia. Meanwhile, 57 percent cited the lack of charging stations as a factor stopping them from buying electric cars.
