Supplementary notes

* For online banking, respondents who reported that they did not have regular access to the Internet other than that provided by GfK were not asked the online banking question in the 2011-2013 surveys. In the 2014 survey, all respondents with bank accounts were asked the question about online banking, which raised the measure for 2014 to 74 percent - 2 percentage points higher than if these respondents had been excluded as in prior years.
2014 survey was carried out between 5th and 21st December.
** In 2015, For mobile banking, the percentage here differs from the incidence rates elsewhere in this report because the latter are computed for those with mobile phones and bank accounts.
