This statistic displays the share of respondents whom a good delivery experience encouraged to order again from a particular retailer in the United Kingdom (UK) from 2011 to 2014. In 2013/14 survey, it was found approximately 12 percent of responding households disagreed with a statement, that a positive delivery experience had directly encouraged them to order again from a particular retailer.
