This statistic displays consumers' expectations of purchase history usage by retailers in order to try and deliver a personalized shopping experience in the United Kingdom (UK) 2015. During the survey period, it was found that two percent of respondents strongly agreed with the following statement: "Regardless of whether I want them to or not, I would expect retailers to take into account my purchase history in order to try and deliver a personalized experience".
