Share of Canadians not likely to sue for CASL violations 2015, by age
The statistic presents the percentage of consumers in Canada who were not likely to consider legal action under CASL laws as of August 2015. The survey results show that 38.3 percent of responding Canadian consumers aged between 25 and 34 years would choose not to participate in a class action lawsuit against corporations violating anti-spam laws, compared to 55.3 percent of respondents in the 45-54 age group.
