Blue badges held by disabled people in England 2017, by region
This statistic compares how many valid Blue Badges were held in different regions of England in 2017. The highest number of disabled parking permits held was found in the North West, with a total of 366 valid Blue Badges. When taking the population of each region into account however, the highest proportion of Blue Badge holders were found in the South West, North West and North East - in all three badge holders made up 5.1 percent of the population.
