Transport-related revenue like regional operations were not considered.

Delta Air Lines' RASM includes Northwest Airlines.
American Airlines' value includes U.S. Airways and America West.
Southwest Airlines' figure includes the RASM for AirTran Airways.
Mainline operations only were considered for calculating the domestic RASM.
