The source adds the following explanation: "pronounced court orders for debt repayment. Before January 2008, the court could pronounce a preliminary order for debt repayment, which could be converted into a final verdict in a later stage. Since January 2008 that isn't possible anymore."

The source adds: "a case is assumed to concern a business if, in the five years prior to starting the debt restructuring plan, the debtor has practiced an independent profession or has been in trade and at least 20 percent of the debt is a consequence of that profession or trade."
