Italy: firms active in e-commerce by industry 2022

In 2022, almost 84 percent of Italian businesses operating in the publishing sector were active in e-commerce sales activities, down from the previous year. This represents the highest share among the categories considered. Accommodation and food services followed in the ranking with about 39 percent of enterprises in this sector selling their products or services online.
