Italy: frequency of preventive medical check-ups in 2017
This statistic represents the frequency of medical check-ups among the Italian population in 2017. According to the study results, the majority of Italians (52 percent) usually underwent some kind of preventive check-up once a year to monitor their health state and prevent certain types of illness. By contrast, 16 percent of respondents went for a health check-up less than once a year, and 10 percent went more often than twice a year.
