Preferred channels for bank transactions in Italy 2017

This statistic illustrates the results of a survey during which individuals with at least one online bank account were asked to indicate their preferred channels for executing transactions. As of November 2017, a large proportion of Italians (60 percent) stated that they prefer carrying out transactions via web, while 23 percent of them preferred mobile apps. Only eight percent of respondents preferred to visit a bank branch in order to execute transactions.
