Main criteria to start using a digitized banking solution in Italy 2019
This statistic presents the results of a survey regarding the digitalization of the banking and financial sector conducted in Italy in 2019. Individuals were asked about the two most important criteria according to which they might consider using a digitized banking solution. The most important criteria were safety and security, valued by 79 percent of respondents. By contrast, usability and high product variety was indicated as important by only four percent of respondents.
