Data is based on businesses with up to 500 employees and global revenue from online sales amounting to 20 percent or more of their total sales from the following countries: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States. All businesses surveyed sold goods that required physical delivery to customers.
Values may not add up to 100 percent due to rounding.
