Retail app improvements desired by consumers in the United Kingdom (UK) 2017
This statistic shows the results of a survey released in January 2017 in which respondents were asked how their experience of apps made by retailers in the United Kingdom (UK) could be improved. Out of those surveyed, 54 percent said that better incentives and loyalty schemes would be a major improvement on the current offerings, while 38 percent would like to see rewards for using an app instead of shopping in-store.
