Net turnover of the electricity and gas industry in Italy 2013-2022
In 2022, the net turnover of 2,150 gas and electricity companies in Italy peaked at over 170 billion euros. This figure was almost double the turnover in 2021. From 2012 on, the industry has experienced a gradual turnover decline until 2020, while a remarkable increase has been observed since then.
