Italy: level of satisfaction for the healthcare services 2017, by type
This chart depicts the results of survey conducted in Italy in March 2017, to detect the level of satisfaction of citizens and doctors regarding the healthcare services. A distinction was, made between public and private healthcare service. The interviewed were asked to measure their satisfaction on a scale from one to ten. According to survey data, the evaluation given from citizens to the public service was equal to 5.6, while the one of doctors was of 6.6. The private sector was valued around seven, by both categories.
