This statistic depicts the number of nearly zero energy buildings (nZEB) in Italy as of May 2017, by type of certification. According to data, most of the nZEB in Italy had a LEED certification (441). Only 72 nZEB had instead, a Passivhaus certification, which is the one attesting the compliance of the building with the regulations on heating.
