Mexico: main destinations for cosmetic exports 2021, based on export value
The United States was by far the most important destination for Mexico's cosmetics exports in 2021, with an export value of approximately 1.3 billion U.S. dollars. Chile and Colombia followed in the list, with Mexican cosmetic exports amounting to approximately 104 and 84 million U.S. dollars, respectively. That same year, deodorants, bath products, and shaving products was the most exported category of cosmetics from Mexico.
