Netherlands: wanted online information when visiting a store 2018

The survey results indicate that as of 2018, consumers preferred to have access to information about the product description and the complete assortment of a store online. 50 percent of respondents indicated that online access to product descriptions was important to them, whereas a little less than 20 percent were concerned about having access to inspiration and ideas online when visiting a store.
