Leading home appliance retailers U.S. 2023

In 2022, Costco had the highest score for household appliances retailers in the United States with a score of 870. This is quite the successful beginning as it is the first time Costco is included in the study. In 2023, Menards and The Home Depot were leading the appliance retailer satisfaction ranking, with a score of 887 and 867, respectively.
