Latin America: E-Government Development Index

This statistic presents the E-Government Development Index (EGDI) in selected Latin American countries as of 2018. Uruguay had a very high EGDI rating of 0.79, while Haiti presented a significantly lower EGDI score of 0.3. The EGDI is based on three components: online service index, telecommunication infrastructure index and the human capital index.

- Very High-EGDI (Greater than 0.75)
- High-EGDI (Between 0.50 and 0.75)
- Middle-EGDI (Between 0.25 and 0.50)
- Low-EGDI (Less than 0.25)
