Great Britain: non-residential smart meters in use 2022

In 2022, there were approximately 1.7 million non-domestic smart and advanced meters in operation in Great Britain, up from less than 1.6 million units a year earlier. In comparison to 2013, the number of advanced and smart meters in non-residential buildings has more than tripled. In 2022, the number of domestic smart meters in use in Britain stood at roughly 26 million units.
