Private data: attitudes, sharing, and safeguarding in the EU-28

This Special Eurobarometer presents the results of an extensive survey on the protection of private data in the European Union (28 countries). This includes information on the control over and the disclosure of personal data by internet users. Furthermore, public perceptions of the use and protection of user data by governments and other parties are examined.
