Mechanisms used by enterprises to increase internet transactions in France 2021
Between 2020 and 2021, most companies in France had developed strengths in creating, maintaining and enhancing their customer database through the web. The contact form was the most common sales development tool with 45 percent of very small enterprises and 58 percent of small and medium enterprises and 49 percent of micro enterprises having used it. E-mail came in second place but was used less by micro enterprises (27 percent), while SMEs used it more (69 percent).
