Customer expectation when first receiving a loyalty card in France 2020
In terms of customer retention, many brands and shops offer loyalty programs for the consumer to benefit from promotions and other advantages. In France in 2020, the source had asked loyalty card holders from 11 shops, what they expected from a loyalty card, when they received it for the first time. In 2020, more than 70 percent of respondents expected a first benefit from the card. About half of the respondents expected a plastic card.
